Create an AI carousel from one idea, with slides worth reading
Use AI to develop the argument and slide copy. Keep the visuals tied to the message, then inspect the real export at phone size.
An AI carousel uses AI to help write or design a sequence of slides. It may contain real photographs, screenshots or generated illustrations. The reader’s reason to swipe is the sequence itself: each slide should answer part of a question or make a useful comparison.
Start with the question, not the template. “What should I check before exporting a product photo?” gives every slide a job. “Five content tips” still leaves you deciding what the post is about.
Write the sequence as a small argument
An illustrative five-slide carousel for a product-photo check could look like this:
| Slide | Reader’s question | Material |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | What might I miss before exporting? | The real photo and a concrete opening |
| 2 | Are the edges clean? | A close-up of the same image |
| 3 | Does the crop work on a phone? | A phone-sized preview |
| 4 | Does the export suit its destination? | The actual file or export settings |
| 5 | What should I do next? | A short check to repeat on another photo |
The order matters. If slide three assumes the reader has already seen a detail, show that detail earlier. If two slides make the same point, combine them.
AI can help propose and revise this structure. It should not supply invented test results or screenshots that resemble an interface you have never used.
Ask for finished slide copy
Give Blitz Planner’s Copilot the source, audience, question and evidence. Ask for titles and short explanations that you can edit in Atelier.
Create a five-slide carousel about checking a product-photo export. Use these screenshots and these supported facts. Give each slide one title and one short explanation. Specify which screenshot supports it. Keep the copy readable without a long caption and do not invent performance claims.
Review the copy before choosing background photos. “Generate five slides” is too vague if you have not decided what the reader should understand.
A useful title names the action: “Inspect the edges at full size.” Its explanation adds the detail: “Check fine parts against a contrasting background.” Repeating the title in a second text block wastes space.
- One questionDecide what the last slide should help someone do.
- Slide sequenceAssign a separate point and evidence to each slide.
- Editable copyWrite complete titles and explanations.
- Visuals and layoutChoose real images or clearly illustrative assets.
- Export and inspectionRead the files at phone size, in order.
Use images that explain the words
A photograph can show a situation. A screenshot can prove an action. A generated image can illustrate an idea. Choose based on that job.
For accurate text and later edits, keep the slide copy as text rather than asking an image model to draw every word. A beautifully rendered image is hard to repair when the product name is wrong or the title needs a different line break.
In Blitz Atelier, a photo carousel can use editable titles, body text, background photos and real screenshots. A revised slide needs a revised export; inspect the new files after changing the copy or visual.
Check contrast and reading effort
Read the carousel on a phone-sized screen. Is the title understandable without zooming? Does a busy background hide the explanation? Can someone inspect the screenshot’s important detail?
Shorten text before shrinking it. Crop a screenshot around the relevant action rather than showing an entire application window at unreadable size. Keep important text clear of the destination’s platform controls.
Do not give every slide the same job. A sequence of five slogans may look consistent but leave the reader with no explanation.
Prepare the destination and the next post
Check the selected account’s supported format before attaching the export. Instagram image carousels, TikTok photo posts and document-based posts have different production and publishing routes. A set of images is not itself a YouTube video.
Add a caption that gives context instead of repeating the slides. In Blitz, inspect the attachment order, choose the account and save the reviewed version as a draft before the intended publishing action.
Once one carousel works, reuse its layout for a different question. The automated carousel guide explains how to make that production repeatable. Keep the structure that helps people understand; change the facts and examples that make the next post worth reading.
